Words cannot express how grateful I am for this company. After receiving water in my basement, I called the insurance company who promptly told me I wasn’t covered for the loss. Then I called a big chain water restoration company who never showed up after I told them the loss wasn’t covered. The worst part was they continued to tell me they were on their way! I came to YELP, saw all of the excellent reviews for 911 Restoration and I called them. 911 Restoration showed up on time, quoted me a very fair price and did an excellent job. Ronnie, the manager, is wonderful! This company was responsive and cared for my property as if it was their own. They were extremely thorough. They truly go above and beyond. I’m so thankful to this company for making a truly difficult time more bearable. I would recommend them to anyone that asks.

The sewer backed up into our basement with last week's heavy rain. 911 came out quickly. They gave a good estimate and did a great job. I will recommend them to anyone in need of quick, professional and friendly service. Here's a shout out to Junior!!
